Becoming an Effective Mentor

Olivia Liddell, a fellow trainer and developer, recently gave a presentation on mentoring at CodeMash 2019 conference. She kindly allowed me to share her video.
There are 3 technical skills to look out for: (1) how Olivia tells stories to connect with the audience; (2) how she uses a live survey and prompts to further engage them; and (3) how she organizes her presentation slides in a clear manner.
